We finally found the emergency number only to be told they have a 2 week wait for emergency plumbers. This is worthless cover, no help whatsoever in an emergency. How they can say this is emergency cover when it takes two weeks I don’t know, it’s disgraceful. Also unable to create a claim online as their website is not working. Therefore we can’t get an insurance assessor out because we can’t create a claim on their website and customer service were unable or not willing to do this for us.
